- Customized/personalised orders are made specially for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation for prepaid/customised orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available on certain products such as customised items, hampers, or high-value orders.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons or due to courier-related delays.
- All images, product designs, website content, and creatives are the property of Paper & Scissors and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.
- We reserve the right to update product prices, designs, offers, policies, and website content at any time without prior notice.
