At Paper & Scissors, every rakhi and festive product is handcrafted with love and carefully checked before dispatch. Due to the handmade and festive nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please note:
- No returns or refunds will be accepted for any order.
- Minor variations in color, finish, or handmade detailing are natural and are not considered defects.
- Customized/personalised products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
- In case of any damage during transit or if you receive the wrong product, kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos for assistance.
