When is Raksha Bandhan in 2026?

Raksha Bandhan 2026 will be celebrated on Friday, 28th August 2026. We recommend placing your orders by 1st August 2026 for domestic shipping and 15th July 2026 for international shipping, especially for customized Rakhis and Rakhi hampers to ensure timely delivery before the festival.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and many other countries.

International Order Process:

Place your order on our website.
Select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
Share your order screenshot or order ID on WhatsApp at 8469759767.
Payment details and international shipping charges will be shared based on your delivery address.
The ₹100 shipping amount charged during checkout will be adjusted against your final international shipping cost.

How long does order processing take?

Most retail orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Customized products may require additional processing time depending on the design and order volume. For urgent orders kindly contact over WhatsApp.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Prepaid Shipping Across India on Orders Above ₹999.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available for eligible orders up to ₹2000.

COD is not available on customized products.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?

As most of our products are handmade and many are personalized, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product. Our team will review the issue and assist you accordingly.

Are all products exactly the same as shown in the photos?

As our products are handcrafted, slight variations may occur. These small differences are a natural part of handmade products and add to their uniqueness.
